Why Should I Use a Professional Petsitter?

Not only will your pet be free from being in a small, concrete floored-kennel or only have limited potty breaks/playtime like a regular boarding facility would have, but they will be loved and cared for by an experienced animal care professional who is on call 24/7 for the owner and taking care of your pet's every need.  There is no risk of fleas or ticks, illness or animal fights. Your pet would much rather stay home than be stressed at a kennel or stranger's house!

We are insured, bonded and pet cpr/first aid certified. Also, a member of Pet Sitters International. We treat your fur baby like they are our own and go above & beyond for them to have the best staycation ever! 24 hour vacation stays, or overnights mean your fur baby will be watched and spent time with by our side every day/night! You will have peace of mind knowing that you will be updated daily with photos of your pet, updates on their behavior. and can get in touch with the sitter at any time needed while they are servicing! We always listen to and keep the owner's instructions with us to look on and follow any rules or special instructions you have for the pet. Professional pet sitters differ from hobby or relatives pet sitting for you- As they don't have the experience a professional has or the certifications/education- a neighbor or relative is a great back up plan in case of an emergency though!

We are based in Byron NY and serve up to an hour away from Byron. Distance fees may apply

What Steps are Needed to Book? 

In order to book any pet sitting or dog walk appointment, we must first have a meet and greet at the owner's home. For pet sitting we will meet each other/the pets, go over their care/routines, where things are for them, any quirks they have, any training you would like the sitter to stay up to date on with pet, pet/owner info, my policies and a key/code/return plan.

For a dog walking only meet and greet, we will go over owner/pet info, any walking quirks they have, leashes/collars and key/code plan. Walking meet and greet is $15. Pet sitting meet and greet is $25.

Secondly- at the meet and greet or beforehand via call or message, we will discuss dates the owner needs services for, costs, how many animals and what kinds, etc.

Grooming does not require a meet and greet, consultation & booking via message or call for grooming.

In order to book any service of 2 days or longer- the owner must provide half down of the full amount at the meet and greet or pay the full amount at the meet and have the $25 meet fee waived. The other half of payment to be due first day of services. Owner may also choose to pay via Venmo or PayPal before meet and greet also. (Full payment is always due on the first day of services/the 1st hour of services for any service we have!!) Late payments of over 24 hrs will be charged an additional $20 fee.

Are You Available Weekends, Holidays and Evenings?

Yes! We are open 24/7 and if we have availability we will be there! Holidays have an additional charge. See Policy page

What Payments are Accepted?

Cash, Check (made to "Alexa's Angels Petsitting"), Venmo- Alexa97.

Do You Have References or Reviews?

Yes! We have multiple references who have used our services, inquire for more info. We have many 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook.
